After about an hour, only a few orcs were left, screeching and running about stupidly waving their stumpy swords around. Tamuril raised an eyebrow as she simply kicked Ellyndel towards them and flattened them easily. She left the last two for Arien and simply stood watching, her long, silvery hair loose and hanging over her shoulder, her elven robes and simple elven chest and shin plates upon her, splattered in black bllod with a slight smile on her face as she watched Arien

Arien punched the first one and then as the one came behind her she didn't even look she just turned her sword around and plunged it into the one behind her.it went right through him and to make sure he was dead she twisted the sword in her hand and then pulled it out. The other before her tried to get at her then but she pulled a dagger from her belt and dug it into his neck. He did manage a scratch on her arm that burned like a paper cut, but it was nothing fatal or even anything to worry about. She finished now and took out a rag. She herself was covered in the black blood. "Why does killing have to be so messy, and have to smell..." Arien sighed lightly. They had both done well. She wiped her sword clean of the blood and re-sheathed it. "fairyly easy..yes?" She asked Tamuril for a moment as she was smiling. She whistled for Erendil and he came over, stepping on dead orcs. "Reminds me of when Nestaron and I went through the mines of Moria...nothing but goblins and near death in there"

"When was that?" asked Tamuril, giving her a curious look, walking over to Arien on Ellyndel so they could walk together.

She smiled lightly as she mounted her horse now. "It was not long ago. We met up in Gondor after speaking with my father. Apperently, there was a supply of Mithril that could have been used and we needed to go in to retrieve it. We did complete it after about a week, the problem was not going in, it was coming out"

Tamuril nodded, clearly intrigued. She said "So what happened?" she looked at Arien through curious, crystal blue eyes. They had walked out of the pile of orcs now, and were heading West - heading along past Isengard (the Gap of Rohan), so they could turn North and walk alongside the Mountains till they reached Rivendell. ((ooc:Isn't that the plan?))

Arien chuckled. "I think the real question would be what didn't happen. That would make the story MUCH shorter." As they made their was she told her of what had happened. "We started off alright. We were only in darkness Nestaron guided us through seeing as he was the only one who could see through all of it. Two days we spend doing that. And then the goblins came. They had smelled me, since I'm only a half blood. Their sworm caused the rocks to shift though so some things started crashing down on us. We ended up putting out weapons away and running until that great hall had been destroyed. We had found the mithril in one of the caves. There was a lot, but it was so light we picked it up and started on our way out. The brigde had been broken of course, as my father had said it would be, he was there when it did break, or was broken by Gandalf himself. So Nestaron and I had to find another way around. There was a cliff edge that we started to go over and it broke beneath my feet and I almost fell to my death had he not caught my hand. I still owe him my life." She said smiling looking at the road before them.

Tamuril listened intently, watching the ground move beneath Ellyndel's hooves as they walked. "But what happened to Nestaron? How did you split up? And how did you get away?" she asked, looking up at her.

A smile played on Arien's lips as they rode. " Do not fear for Nestaron, he is alright." She paused for a moment before she spoke up again. "He had to go because he was needed back in Lothlorien. He did not tell me why, but he assured me we woudl meet up again soon. He sends his reguards. Somehow he knew we would meet once more."
